As part of the qualification to become a Scrivener Notary, all trainees undertake a period of training in a foreign jurisdiction in order to gain knowledge of the local legal system and language. This enables the notaries at the firm to provide advice so that legal documents are compliant with both English law and the law of the country where the documents are to be used.
Being fluent in both Arabic and Spanish, on qualification Saffiyah will be uniquely placed to assist English based clients wishing to incorporate and operate companies in Dubai and throughout the Emirates. The firm already has strong ties with the region and assists on a daily basis with the notarisation and legalisation of documents by the UAE Consulate.
