Sophie Milburn (formerly Sophie Jenkins) speaks Russian, Italian and French and has over twenty five years of experience of notarial certification of documents for use all over the world. Sophie deals with all areas of notarial practice, specialising in Italian and Russian matters.
Sophie joined Saville & Co. in 1995 after graduating in BA (Hons) Russian and French with Legal Studies from Exeter University and qualified as a Scrivener Notary in January 2001. She was made a partner of the firm in April 2003. As part of her notarial training with Saville & Co., Sophie spent nine months in Italy, learning Italian and working in a notary’s office in Milan. Sophie is a Court Assistant and Chairman of the Notarial Committee of the Scriveners Company as well as being a member of the Qualifications Board appointed by the Master of the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury. She became the Senior Partner of Saville & Co. in 2017.
Sophie lives near Amersham, Buckinghamshire with her husband and two children and is happy to visit clients throughout Buckinghamshire and the surrounding counties, the Thames Valley as well as in Greater London.
